Role of Work Experience, Work Motivation and Educational Background on Teacher Performance at Vocational School

Teacher performance is very necessary for the progress of nation and this course relies on teacher. This requires special assessment attention. researcher aims to determine effect education, work experience motivation teacher at one vocational school. The research method used quantitative methods. variables in study were as independent dependent variable. In data collection process, it was carried out using a questionnaire which distributed 37 respondents, namely all school teachers. obtained then processed multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. results showed that education had significant performance, positive performance.
